Most peole know that it is conducive to weight loss to have 3-4 meals a day.But do you know how to eat and what to eat, properly? Here are some examples for you to follow on.

6:00 to 9:00 A.M.
Breakfast time. It is the time to obtain an important source of energy in a new day , not to hastily pass. Protein-rich breakfast can help you with real off hunger. The best options include eggs, sausage, yogurt. If you prefer sweet, fresh fruit and oatmeal is a good choice, too.

10:30 A.M.
If you feel hungry at this very moment, you can choose some low-sugar snacks - such as acid cheese. Of course, if you don’t feel hungry,it’s best to control of your mouth.

Noon to 2:00 P.M.
Lunch time. The luch meal need to be rich. Chicken and fish are rich sources of protein, fruits and vegetables is necessary in order to gain the vitamin. Appropriate intake of nuts and olive oil is benefit to health.

16:30 P.M.
Supplementary energy:to eat some vegetable salad or just an apple.
